These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Abhyaas platform at abhyaas.app and its associated mobile applications (the "Service"), operated by ("Abhyaas", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for parents and legal guardians in India who register on behalf of their family. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Students are minors and are added to a family account by a parent; students may not register independently. The parent account holder is responsible for the family account, including any student profiles added and any use of the Service by those students.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. A second parent you invite has equal access to the family account.
Abhyaas is offered on a per-child subscription with a single plan that includes the full feature set. Pricing, plan details, and any promotional or founder pricing are shown on our pricing page and during signup.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Abhyaas uses artificial intelligence to generate practice questions, exam papers, explanations, and study guidance based on your child's curriculum context. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. It is provided to support, not replace, your child's school, teachers, textbooks, and coaching.
We provide tools for parents and students to flag questions or content that appear incorrect, and we review flagged content. You should not rely on AI-generated content as the sole source of academic truth. Abhyaas does not guarantee any particular academic result, exam score, rank, or admission outcome. Curriculum data is maintained on a best-effort basis from official sources and may not always reflect a specific school's exact sequence; you can customise your child's chapter list.
You agree not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission; or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks (including the Abhyaas name and logo), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your family's personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of the information you and your family enter. You grant us a licence to use that information as needed to operate and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
The Service relies on third parties (including Razorpay, Google Firebase, Anthropic, messaging and hosting providers). Your use of those features may be subject to the third parties' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abhyaas and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or academic outcomes. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
You may cancel at any time as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Where changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at [Ahmedabad, Gujarat] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection forums available to you.
