This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions and purchases on the Abhyaas platform (abhyaas.app and its mobile applications), operated by Abhyaas. It forms part of our Terms of Service. All payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay.
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment is taken during the trial. You may cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in the Service, or by emailing hello@abhyaas.app. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will stop renewing from the next month. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the remaining days of a monthly billing period that has already started. Your access continues until the end of that paid month.
For annual subscriptions, you may request a refund within [7] days of the initial purchase or renewal if you have not made substantial use of the Service during that period. After this window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling an annual plan stops the next annual renewal.
AI credit top-up packs are consumable digital purchases. Once purchased, top-up credits are non-refundable, except where required by law or where credits were not delivered due to a technical fault on our side.
If you are charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or charged after a valid and timely cancellation, contact us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.
Founder pricing remains locked only while your subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, standard pricing will apply; the founder rate cannot be reinstated.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days, though the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
